In addition to local independent retailers, other area businesses also make significant charitable contributions to the community. For example, Gregg and Beth Beldock of the Bullrock Corporation, parent company of The Lodge at Shelburne Bay, allocated nearly $100,000 in donations last year. The couple is extremely committed to giving back, and two years ago, the corporation created a full-time position to oversee corporate giving and outreach. To read more, click here.

The Lodges Senior Living Communities are providing another opportunity for our Seniors!
Construction is well underway for the new Shelburne Bay Shores building, due to open in the fall of 2011. The expansion will create 76 brand new studio, 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom apartments. The 100,000 square foot state of the art community will also include; luxurious common spaces, two dining rooms, a health club, library, therapy pool and swimming pool. In addition, an expansion of the existing health care center with in-house Doctor’s and our own physical therapy lab! There will also be a connector to the Lodge at Shelburne Bay Senior Living Community.
